| Using special technology of wet and dry cleaning process, raw material will be separated from humus and clay impurities. Increased precision of sorting and purity of the product will be achieved by using the latest finishing technology. Owing to this technology, automatic system can produce goods at different average grain size. In the next technological step of classification, individual grain sizes are being divided into designated grain size classes (fractions). Each sand fraction will have a separate transport way consisting of conveyor belts and bucket elevators that will feed each fraction into one of two storage tanks. Dispatch of sand will be realized from storage tanks through a belt feeder and receiving equipment directly to the tanker truck. Separate path will transport sand from the storage tanks to the pack house. |
